Several years of no help with other practices led me here for serious increasing pain and limited mobility in both knee and lower back. My first experience was with Dr. Biviji and his staff. I was pleased that all conservative measures were tried first and when it was clear that a partial knee replacement was the best option for my condition, I went ahead. I had a terrific experience and outcome, pain free for the first time in years. The staff has always been pleasant, professional and quick to respond to calls and messages. While my knee is now great, my back continues to worsen after a lumbar fusion at a different practice. Here, Dr. Sadaat listens, treats the individual patient with respect and does not rush to surgery, also recommending conservative methods for me until surgery may be required and always encouraging me to reach out with questions, concerns or changes in my condition. This is a spectacular experience compared to a previous at another practice. I heartily recommend Orange Orthopedic. My only complaint is the very challenging parking. The earlier your appt, the better chance you have of getting parking in the hospital structure, worth it to me.

Dr. Nikita Bezrukov was the best. I was suffering for years with knee pain and other doctors keep tell me I was not old enough (54) for replacement. I had to switch primary care doctors to get referred to Dr. Bezrukov. On my first visit he had look at my records and knew what was needed. He had asked me what I have had done to help relieve the pain. He told me I needed replacement on both knees. I said OK when tomorrow jokingly. He told me he would do 1 knee then 6 months later the other knee. I said I can't take that much time off of work. That is when we decided to do both at the same time. It was the best surgery I have ever had. The surgery and his office staff are the best. If I ever need a replacement againg hope he is still in pratice because I would have him do it.
